In OJS 3.4, only default reminder template can be used when sending a reminder to a reviewer manually.

Describe the bug
As an editor, I can create multiple templates for manual reviewer reminder as shown below:

However, the new template created cannot be used when trying to send a reminder to the reviewer:

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. As an editor, go to email management page (Parameter, Workflow, Emails) and search for Reminder
2. Clic Edit on the Review Reminder template.
3. In the new window, clic on Add template, then add all necessary information and Clic Save
4. Open a submission for which at least one of the reviewer is late.
5. Clic on Send Reminder
6. In the new window, only the default email is displayed, the new one cannot be choosen/selected.

What application are you using?
OJS 3.4.0.5

@pilasou, on our roadmap for 3.5.0, under the heading "Select, write, and send workflow emails", you'll see a few entries to refactor email composition from the old UI to the new UI. The old UI looks like the screenshots, and the new UI looks like this:

In line with the 3 issues filed that I mentioned above, our plan is to gradually roll out the new email composition tools to other parts of the workflow (including sending reminders to reviewers). But we haven't got this specific use case scheduled for that work yet.

Thanks @asmecher! This would definetly address this issue (use 3.4 new editorial decision workflow for reviewer reminder).

@asmecher We will work on this issue. Our idea is to simply add a drop down list the the Reminder window so that editors can select the email appropriate to the reminder context (invitation or recommandation). We will use the reviewer invitation window as a model:

If ready, rebase and let the tests run so that this issue can be considered ready for merge
