Scenario:

Now that byte_range works we can probably use aria2 to try and perform parallel downloads.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Try aria2 against archive interface

Expected Result:

expected it to work

I can't seem to find a command line for aria2c that really gives me two parallel connections to the archive interface.

aria2c -k 1M -s 4 -x 4 seems to only produce one get request in the logs for the archive interface. I'm not sure what Aria2 is expecting from the server side to effectively download in parallel.
