End-of-life for binjr on Intel-based macs

Hi,

As you may be aware, the macOS/x64 (aka "Intel Macs") port of OpenJDK has been deprecated for removal with OpenJDK 28, and as a result, Adoptium announced that they would no longer provide builds for this platform starting with OpenJDK 27.

binjr follows the JDK's release train as closely as possible for the version of the runtime that is embedded in the provided packages and the next release plans to include OpenJDK 27 when its first security update lands later this month.
Because our build pipeline sources its JDK binaries from Adoptium, there won't be macOS/x64 tar.gz nor pkg bundles for binjr available for the next release.

If anyone affected by this manifest themselves, then I am open to consider alternatives to keep providing macOS/x64 builds of binjr for a little while longer. But I will only bother with that in the knowledge that it is indeed useful to someone, so please come forward if you are going to be affected.
