Loudness normalization for theme music

Different theme songs downloaded by Themerr have noticeably different
loudness levels. When browsing between movies or shows in Plex, some
themes are much louder than others. The difference is also audible
in Themerr's web player.

Could Themerr optionally normalize theme audio before uploading it
to Plex?

Suggested behavior:

• An option to enable or disable loudness normalization.
• A configurable target loudness, for example -24 LUFS.
• True-peak limiting to prevent clipping.
• An action to normalize previously installed themes.
• Track the processing settings so unchanged themes are not repeatedly
  re-encoded or uploaded.

I think it's feasible, but would require a tie in to FFmpeg to re-encode the audio.

Thanks for looking into it! An optional FFmpeg-based normalization step would be great. I'd be happy to accept the extra processing time and re-encoding to get more consistent theme volume.
By the way, Themerr is a great project. Thanks for all your work on it!
