introduce lix validation rules

Context

We built validation rules (formerly called lint rules) in inlang, which are extremely helpful. With lix gaining an understanding of changes, which are the trigger for validation rules, we can build a generalized validation rule system in lix.

The formerly called lint rule feature has been removed in the inlang SDK v2 as part of the lix rewrite. Upvote this issue to enable the introduction of validation rules in inlang.

Proposal

Introduce a validation rule API in lix.

Potential requirements

• generalizable e.g. works for any change (inlang, csv, markdown)
• fixable
• different levels (error, warning, info, etc., best if user can define them)

For a simple astro website using paraglide-js what is the alternative for linting? For now I am just using @inlang/cli@2.18.1. I can see there is mention of an upgraded sdk but I could find an api for linting anywhere. I am intrigued by lix but so far it seems to be overkill for this small site.

The inlang SDK uses the lix SDK. Hence, introducing lix validation rules auto enables validation rules in inlang.

@isAlmogK fink is still running on v1 indeed. See opral/inlang-fink#72. Fink v1 still has linting rules that you can configure!
