Please separate the add and later functions from mini.deps and name it mini.lazyload.

Development of mini.deps has frozen thanks to vim.pack.

However, vanilla nvim cannot lazy load as easily as MiniDeps.add/later, so I still need those.

There is already an alternative to now() and later() in the form of MiniMisc.safely() (i.e. in 'mini.misc' module). Here is the quote from the link you provided:
