android-tools 36.0.0 released

Google released version 36.0.0 of android-tools: https://developer.android.com/tools/releases/platform-tools

I took a look at this repository but it's unclear to me where to obtain the upstream tarball of platform-tools 36.0.0 to build locally.

Additionally, it seems that boringssl does not have corresponding tag for platform-tools-36.0.0:

In the meantime, version 36.0.1 has been released, which was neither announced on https://developer.android.com/tools/releases/platform-tools nor tagged in the source code.

There is no changelog to be found anywhere.

Unfortunately, the binary archives are useless because many distributions only allow sources (openSUSE, Fedora, Debian, etc.), which are then used for package building.

since you appear to work there, is there any way you could have them at least admit they won't bother tagging new platform-tools releases so we can move on with #195?
