Is the memory consumption about Neutralinojs hello world app incorrect?

Test OS: Ubuntu 17.10

Disk usage: 5.2 mb (it's ok)
Memory usage: 34-37 mb (instead of 8-9 mb)

Three processes are created in memory:

1. neutralino - 8-9 mb
2. WebKitNetworkProcess - 13-14 mb
3. WebKitWebProcess - 13-14 mb
