Decoding Texture2Ds has outdated documentation

Minor inconsistency, but this page references the GetTextureData method, which was changed to FillPictureData in commit e14c5ba4f4.

Yep, I'm aware. I am currently trying (keyword trying) to rework the texture API at the cost of my sanity. I was going to add mipmapping support, but when I went to support Switch swizzling mipmaps, I realized the mipmapping code would break swizzling so I had to go back a second time. Still working on it so no reason to update that wiki page until the new API is fixed and released.
