`npm bin`/decktape --size=1024x576 https://miksask.github.io/talks/kafka-piterpy/ pdf-out/kafka-piterpy-1080p.pdf
The --size is important. Decktape can't detect slides ratuo correctly sometimes.
sizes table:
16x9 --- 1024x576 --- 1920x1080
16x10 --- 1024x640 --- 1920x1200
4x3 --- 1024x768 --- 1920x1440
