Shortcut for "save as" and print option

Please add shortcut key for "save as" ctrl+shift+s. And add print option, with shortcut ctrl+p

VT applications cannot differentiate between Ctrl and Ctrl+Shift so Save-As didn't get a shortcut.
Ctrl-P will never be print because this application is focused on code, not on printable text, the way Word is.
