This is a proposal for anonymised metrics collection via an opt-in or opt-out service. Metrics such as memory usage, messages per second, clients connected and instances in namespace would be collected and beamed to an endpoint such as metrics.mesa.ws in order to allow for statistics and data analysis to improve Mesa.
This would be implemented in the same way Nuxt.js works. Everything would be anonymised and opt-out (or -in) in the Mesa server config.
