Binary cache for ncro itself?

Been daily driving ncro for a couple weeks now. It does it's job well, but the lack of binary cache for ncro itself is a bit ironic;
ncro takes about 17 minutes to build on my machine 😅
Would you be open to a PR?

I've been meaning to set one up, but we'll probably use the one provided by our WIP CI system---which does binary caching nicely. I'll ask you to wait a day or two, I'll get on this shortly.

(P.S. it's actually really trivial to set up Cachix but I find the login flow annoying and thus been procrastinating on it for weeks. Also it'd be kinda odd tot have my own binary-cache & CI server but not use it...)

Sorry for the delay. I've implemented per-project binary cache to Circus earlier, and https://ci.manic.systems/projects/ncro/nix-cache should work once we resolve the evaluation bug that's blocking all evals. cache.manic.systems-1:s6OZanN8Us8vRi0jVivP3qlMn0cYHBjBALKrNe5nH8s= is the public key.

Unfortunately the eval bug is taking too much time, so we might consider Cachix for the time being.
