Deepin Quiz

As a Deepin user currently studying, I see a strong need for a simple, user-friendly educational Quiz application. This app could serve as a valuable self-evaluation and learning tool, complementing productivity apps like Deepin Notes and supporting students and professionals alike.

Core Features

• Quiz Creation, editing, merging and splitting : Build quizzes in HTML5 format, SCORM-friendly, and responsive for both desktops and mobile devices (Android).
• Question Types: Fill in the blanks, matching, true/false, short answers, and multiple-choice.
• Modes:
  • Practice Mode: Unlimited attempts, immediate feedback, option to reveal answers after each submission.
  • Test Mode: Limited attempts, answers locked until quiz submission for evaluation.
• Timers: Integrated per quiz and per question.
• Analytics & Feedback: Optional statistics for each quiz, choice to store analytics temporarily or permanently, and custom feedback for users.
• Export & Portability: Export quizzes in HTML5 format compatible with different devices and later integration with UOS for automated quiz generation from PDFs.

Yeah actually I forgot to mention it in features request so thats why I made this duplicate discussion so will there be any quiz application

I highly doubt it. Since you mentioned it should be "in a lightweight, native Deepin app" and at the same time "for desktop and mobile use", but deepin don't really have native mobile apps :/

I dont mean mobile app or light weight i apologise for confusion i mean the exported html file should have responsive layout so that they can fit any screen as html can be a universal quiz format. The app will only be deepin linux compatible what I am talking about is the exportable quiz format to be html5 and since it's html5 and can work on any device so it should have automatic layout switch for foldables bigger and smaller screens

Bro you can take hot potatoes 7 as reference it was very revolutionary at its time but has lost its support and shine with time. Just adding some extra features like Quiz library ai powered quiz generation from pdf or txt file and online quiz generation you have to give the topic and select difficulty level apps ai will search the web from trusted sources and make quizzes out of it. It doesn't need too many options or features or it can come in two modes advanced and minimial so that making quiz will have less learning curve and easy for beginners

So bro what do you think is it feasible or any confusion about my idea
Also I have another feature issue regarding deepin browser for installing sites as web apps it has a big when I install YouTube as webapp the youtube as webapp becomes unclickable and it has chrome browser logo not youtube logo and doesn't work not able to remove it from the desktop and sometimes browser automatically shuts after installing any popular website as app it the deepin browser needs some more features like modern chrome and others browsers

It's doable but I still doubt if deepin team will plan to do so TBH. It sounds like a huge project and the deepin team is still polishing deepin 25 and preparing for full wayland support.
