CK_LONG?

CK_LONG is present in OASIS headers but not the public domain ones, not sure if excluded on purpose? I don't have any particular quarrels with this but stumbled upon it and figured I'd ask :)

While the Oasis headers define CK_LONG it is completely unused, probably a remnant of a bygone era, although it is still defined in the current specs, it's only use can be seen in a questionable code example in the spec. But not other attribute, value or struct use this type for anything.

The public domain headers are somewhat explicitly minimalistic, therefore I tried (and probably failed in some places) to not carry dead types.
