X360 controller identifying as PS4 Controller (X360 Emulated) even without sc-controller enabled

I've been having this issue where for some reason, SC-Controller has permanently changed the way my X360 controller works and behaves, where even after I uninstalled SC-Controller, it still makes so my X360 controller connects as "PS4 Controller (X360 Emulated)" and things like rumble don't work anymore, so I have to manually boot up SC-Controller and disable the emulation, and even then, I have to do this for every time I log into my PC. Is there any way to change or fix this?
