Cache Rate always 100%

No matter what I ask, the cache rate is always displayed as 100%

But checking Deepseek's platform this is not the case

Thanks for the detailed report and environment info.

Root cause confirmed: in some Codex++/Codex responses, input_tokens can represent the non-cached input portion while cached_input_tokens is reported separately. The old badge used cached_input_tokens / input_tokens and capped it at 100%, so it could incorrectly show Cache Rate 100.0% all the time.

Fixed in 0.1.7 by deriving an effective input total before calculating the cache rate. I also added a regression test for the case where cached input is larger than reported input.
