Problem
When adding a new view, it's hard to know which view type is the right fit unless you're already familiar with what each one looks like and how it behaves. There's currently no way to see what a view will actually look like before publishing it, which makes the selection process feel like guesswork — especially for less experienced or new users.
Proposed Solution
Add a preview (e.g. thumbnail, hover preview, or live render) of how the page would look in a given view, shown while the user is choosing a view to add or when the preview button is clicked, instead of the publish one. This would let users compare options at a glance and pick the one that best fits their content, without having to add it, check it, and disable/update it if it's wrong.
Possible Approaches
- Static thumbnail/icon per view type showing a representative layout
- Hover-to-preview: show a small live render of the current data in that view on hover
- Side panel preview that updates as the user scrolls through view options
