The keyman.com/keyboards page can take a lang parameter to use as the display language. We should pass this parameter when the user clicks the "Download keyboard" button in keyboard installation for each platform so that the localized keyboard search page shows up.
keyman.com falls back to English if there are no localized pages for the passed language.
