bug(mac): The deleted keyboard does not disappear from the menu list

Describe the bug

the deleted keyboard does not disappear from the menu list. It is showing the keyboard in the selected state.

Reproduce the bug

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install the "Keyman 18.0.235 stable release build.
2. Installed the "EuroLatin" and "Devanagari typewriter (SIL)" keyboards.
3. Select the Devanagari keyboard.
4. Open the configuration dialog.
5. Unselect the "Eurolatin" keyboard.
6. Open the OSK window.
7. Open the "Download Keyboard" dialog by clicking the "Download Keyboard..." button.
8. Click in the search box and type a letter using the Devanagari keyboard.(The search result should be empty)
9. Delete the "Devanagari" keyboard by pressing the delete icon.
10. Click on the keyman icon on the top bar.

Actual Results: Here, the deleted keyboard does not disappear from the menu list. It is showing the keyboard in the selected state.

I was unable to reproduce. Moving to 19 as this code will likely change due to epic/mac-config-app
