bug: wrong url path after clicking the link in "Supported Languages" of the keyboard details

The URL path has double worded keyboards when clicking on the link in "Supported Languages" of the keyboard details

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to keyman.com
2. Search for "Rohingya" in the keyboard search
3. Click on "Rohingya Arabic" to go to the next page
4. Scroll to the "Supported Languages" in the Keyboard details
5. Click on "Rohingya" link of the supported languages
6. It should redirect to this URL: https://keyman.com/keyboards/keyboards/languages/rhg-arab

1. Does not see this issue in Incognito mode

This appears to happen only when there was a previous session with embed=<> parameter embedded, and the session cookie 'embed_keyboards_no_locale_redirect` persists. Then keyman.com ends up in an in-between mode, and ends up redirecting as if it was still embedded.

I am adding some resilience code to handle this (rare) scenario.
