COPY FROM support

Hello!
I was wondering if the package supports the COPY feature. https://www.postgresql.org/docs/7.4/sql-copy.html
In particular the COPY FROM STDIN option.

No explicit support yet. Would you be interested to explore at least how the API should look like, maybe the implementation itself?

@isoos I wouldn't mind at all.
I have to say that I'm not very familiar with the COPY feature yet.
It's not a strict requirement on our project, but we were evaluating using COPY FROM STDIN to improve the performance of bulk inserting data into a remote PG server instead of batching using INSERT INTO <table> VALUES (<N values>) with the max number of arguments
