PX4 support and Craft&Theory cable

hello everyone,

I ordered an adapter cable between my Pixhawk mini and my X8R receiver for my taranis : http://www.craftandtheoryllc.com/store/ct-telemetry-cable-for-frsky-radios/

When i received my parcel, i discover that FlightDeck script is not compatible for PX4.

Can I use this cable with the LUAPilot script for my pixhawk mini under PX4 ?

(PS : I'm QGroundControl user, not MP)
