The artifact deployed in Maven Central https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/org/kohsuke/github-api/2.0-rc.5/github-api-2.0-rc.5.pom is referencing a jar that is not deployed in Maven central

It is an annotation processor, so it shouldn't be seen by consumers of the library only those building it.

It is totally seen by consumers even if that's not your intention
