Description
Maintenant is an open-source unified monitoring tool for Docker and Kubernetes infrastructures, distributed as a single Go binary with embedded Vue 3 frontend and SQLite — ~17 MB RAM idle, zero external dependencies, AGPL-3.0 licensed. In one container it covers what teams usually assemble from 4-5 separate tools: container auto-discovery, HTTP/TCP endpoint checks, heartbeat/cron monitoring, TLS certificate tracking, resource metrics, image update intelligence (OCI registry scan + CVE enrichment via OSV.dev), unified alerting, and a public status page. Configuration is label-driven, the tool runs read-only — it observes infrastructure but never acts on it. Dual- licensed: free Community edition plus a commercial Pro tier (290 EUR/year) for advanced alerting channels (Slack, Teams, email), CVE risk scoring, incident management, and security posture.
