Consume Bluesky source policy UI

Source of truth

• geesome-ui pull request Followed groups page: cards, follow group; Admin groups page #24 merged the Bluesky source import policy controls at commit 631526c.
• geesome-node pins @geesome/ui, so the node package must consume that commit before the merged UI is available through the app frontend delivery path.

Scope

• Bump the @geesome/ui dependency pin from 6e9772d to 631526c.
• Refresh yarn.lock for the new Git commit.
• Update README/TODO status so source-subscription policy UI is marked consumed and the remaining work points to cross-post plus migration/import policy controls.

Verification

• yarn install --mode=skip-builds --frozen-lockfile
• npm run test:frontend-dist-publish
