[Question] techincal issue on loading datadriven package

I'm new to Julia
When I run the linear_irl.jl, Package not found error occurs at using DataDrivenControl line.
I instantly put Pkg.add("DataDrivenControl") command in juila prompt.
But, the below error message occurs

The other packages were successfully downloaded.
How can I resolve this issue?

Only Julia packages registered in Julia General can be added via Pkg.add("WhatIWantToAdd").

For a not-registered package, clone the repository into a directory and change the Julia environment to it.
For example, in the cloned directory, run Julia REPL and follow this:

julia>
(@v1.7) pkg>  # enter this mode by typing ]
(@v1.7) pkg> activate DataDrivenControl  # to activate a custom environment
  Activating new project at `~/.julia/dev/DataDrivenControl/DataDrivenControl`
(DataDrivenControl) pkg> activate  # to go back to the default environment
  Activating project at `~/.julia/environments/v1.7`
(@v1.7) pkg>

Note: have you ever used some development environment management tools like Conda in Python?
Roughly speaking, Julia has its own something like Conda.
Julia General is something like pip in Python.
