functions with (interface{}, error) in env are failing

seems like we can't update and use function in env as we used to...
env only gets interface{} return type but it seems that the latest version doesn't have expr.Function yet..

when can we expect this to be released?

what do you mean? the problem happens with our functions..
unfortunately we are heavily relay on if function in a lot of places haha, so we better stick with this...
