The settings panel has grown too big for its breeches:
- Various settings are on a separate page (LLMs, extensions) because they require a 'bespoke' UI that isn't possible with the more general Settings page
- We have so many settings that page is gigantic because it's all in one page
- Not all settings are in sensible places or have an obvious purpose
- Interaction model is unclear (tabs do not actually unload when switching; you may expect a changed setting to be reset on navigating away, but it will still get saved if saving from a separate tab)
