Proxy config in eclipse/maven is an advanced topic and should be moved at the end of the guide.
Currently the reader has 5 pages on how to configure a proxy, before even using devon. These page are described as "Manual configuration" so we can expect to configure several options. But this is only for proxy, for specific configurations.
If we want to keep it in the first chapter, just mention/link to the right chapter.
