<p>If the Site references open-source software, such software is provided under its respective licenses. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable open-source licenses.</p>

<h2>9. Blockchain & On-Chain Activity</h2>
<p>Blockchains are public, append-only networks. Addresses, transactions, and related metadata may be permanently visible to anyone. Devexly does not control public blockchain networks and is not responsible for their availability, security, or behavior. You are solely responsible for safeguarding private keys, seed phrases, hardware wallets, and credentials and for understanding the risks of transacting on public networks.</p>

<h2>10. No Professional Advice</h2>
<p>Content on the Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or compliance advice. You should obtain advice from qualified professionals for your specific circumstances.</p>

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEVEXLY’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).</p>

Each party waives any objection to jurisdiction or venue in those courts, including based on forum non conveniens.</p>

<p><strong>Force Majeure.</strong> We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.</p>
<p><strong>Electronic Communications.</strong> You consent to receive notices and communications electronically, and agree that such communications satisfy any legal requirements for written communications.</p>
<p><strong>Headings.</strong> Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.</p>
