Allow Zenodo DOIs that are part of a Zenodo community to be added via ORCID auto-update

What is the problem that your suggestion solves?

Zenodo DOIs that are part of a Zenodo community contain relatedIdentifier metadata with relationType "IsPartOf" to connect them to that Zenodo community. Because DOIs with "IsPartOf" relatedIdentifiers are excluded from ORCID auto-update to avoid pushing many component parts of a single work, these DOIs are not added via ORCID auto-update even though this would be desirable for researchers.

What solution might meet your needs?

If a DOI's only relatedIdentifier with an "IsPartOf" relationType points to a Zenodo URL, then include it in ORCID auto-update.
