Maybe have a method call enable_reflection() when creating the ASGIApplication e/o WSGIApplication.

Thanks @valentimarco - this is definitely something we will need. I think we will hold off on this until after the new protobuf-python implementation mentioned in the docs is released since it will significantly affect the design of this.
