Create a Codebadge bot

Create a GitHub bot which can interact at GitHub interface.

How to solve

The Github bot will fulfil work as follows:-

• Display badge updates
• Pull request and issue template matching and informing through a comment.
• When a bot gets installed the admin gets redirected to admin panel of codebadge where he will need to fill required details.

Expected Outcome

Bot interacting at GitHub working as a GitHub interface.
