IE7 support?

Hi,

I heard about this plugin on the shop talk show. It seems great and lightweight, but I need IE7 support on an upcoming project I'd like implement an offcanvas menu on. I gave the demo page a quick whirl in BrowserStack and the menu fires but there is no content in it for some reason.

I was just wondering if you guys knew about this and/or had any ideas of how to fix?

@zerodburn I'm surprised to hear the menu itself is sliding into view while its contents remain invisible. That sounds like the difficult part is working.

Could you pass along the portion of JS where you are calling .offCanvasMenu() (it helps to see which options you are passing along).

It would also be very helpful to see the actual working code, but if you can't share that publicly I understand.

Hi @tylersticka , I just gave the demo page http://cloudfour.github.io/offCanvasMenu/ a quick go in Browser Stack using Windows XP and IE7. It didn't work as described above. Here's a screenshot:

This may or may not be related to #17. If I remember correctly, IE7 had some (unsurprisingly) idiosyncratic requirements, and I wasn't able (at that time) to find a solution that would work for everything.

So to answer your original question: No, it appears IE7 is not supported at this time. But we welcome contributions to include that support!
