I now added a redirect at the readthedocs page to docs.intelmq.org, but in preparation of the removal of readthedocs, that link need to be updated.

The redirects are not sufficient, as the anchors are lost. Meaning that the users only end up at the top of the document not at the specific section.

This PR addresses both #317 (bot name formatting) and #307 (outdated documentation links).

Fixed regex to preserve dots and underscores in bot names.

Updated documentation domain from readthedocs to docs.intelmq.org.
