Duplication glitch when depositing void vault items to storage

When I do that, then save and quit, the void vault isn't empty, it's restored to the state before depositing
My workaround is to loot the void vault then quick stack

Are you using the button from the Controls tab or the quick stack button from the player's main inventory?

Also, is this happening in singleplayer, multiplayer or both?
