Define Release Process / Release Manager

1. Documentation is still in progress.
   • Release Manager - to be determined, discuss with David B. and David M.
   • Interviews are in progress for Release Manager - cluster tasks.
   • Victor is doing the releases on an interim basis.

1a. The process defined a few weeks ago is in place.
- Justin created the document - the technical part has been done.

2. Enforcement in place, nobody can put in PROD until DevOps approves.

3. Documentation about the process needs to be done.

   • Currently being done as we go - work in progress.

4. The process for Kubernetes infrastructure needs to be done.

• This was targeted for the end of May 2026 however a new target date needs to be determined.
• Once the platform Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) document is ready, we can create one specifically for DevOps.
  Pending Task:
• Infrastructure Release Procedure SOP (PO and Victor) this is a work-in-progress it should be completed by the end of July.
• Timeline: ASAP - for the next release (PROD). When will that occur?
• Must follow the security requirements.
