Under shoji_wm, pressing the Caps Lock key successfully toggles the capitalization state as expected, but the physical keyboard LED indicator (Caps Lock light) does not light up.

Expected Behavior
When Caps Lock is enabled, the physical keyboard's Caps Lock LED indicator should turn on.
