Opencode version 1.1.34
Plannotator version 0.21.1
When I click "send feedback" the waiting properly terminates and everything looks as expected until I see that the agent has not received any feedback at all. Not sure what I can do to troubleshoot, I've looked in all opencode logs but see nothing obvious.
The only thing I can see are some very "useful" ERROR 2026-06-24T20:20:28 +51ms service=server error= failed that tell me absolutely nothing.
The /api/feedback returns a 200. Opencode responds with something like "I see an empty message. How can I help you? Are you looking to work on a specific task, review the codebase, or something else?"
Approving the review on the other hand does not result in an "empty" message.
I should add that "submit_plan" works as intended.
