[Feature]: General issue for app and firmware improvements

Description

• Replace current mock device settings with actual settings stored on the device
• Make the app stay connected to devices in the background to stop you from having to re-login every time
• In the app settings, add a "developer mode" option to see serial monitor and other debug stats
• Communication with devices over serial rather than just Bluetooth, without authentication
• Ability to disable authentication for devices (and skip password in setup)
• Ability to skip WiFi setup and disable online mode
• Ability to see live data over serial or BT
• Actual firmware flashing, updating, and querying

Note for development: Hardware CI needs to create a version info file, e.g. firmware.json, with version info, build number, etc., so the app can detect version upgrades.
