[Bug]: At smaller window widths, the settings row is cut off

On smaller window widths, the row of setting menu items are cut off on the right.

Steps to reproduce

1. Make the window width smaller
2. Open settings using the app header
3. The bug can be seen at the top of the screen, directly under the app header

Expected behavior

The row of settings should show all items available to select, with either scrolling, multiple rows, etc.

Actual behavior

The row of settings has no ability to scroll or have multiple rows. I suspect this may be because on wider window sizes, it is shown as a sidebar. This means that it is impossible to select some/any menu items, depending on the screen and window size and scaling.

This is a bug, but is not high-priority as Companion is intended as a desktop app, and isn't intended for that size configuration.
