Add episodic FableLoom production orchestration and continuity review

Goal

Orchestrate full-episode/movie media production with explicit readiness gates, reproducible provenance, and user-triggered continuity review across branches.

Proposed approach

• Add topological batch planning over reachable FableLoom nodes while respecting graph convergence and path-specific variants.
• Refuse or pause canon-locked work when required visual, voice, or playback bindings are missing, ambiguous, or unsupported.
• Record a shared versioned provenance manifest for approved visual, video, dialogue, mastering, and playback assets.
• Support Regenerate with current canon separately from Repeat exact inputs; exact repetition refuses when a recorded revision is unavailable.
• Add explicit per-episode visual/voice/hosted-readiness review that produces findings but never auto-promotes, rewrites, or replaces assets.
• Keep all provider-heavy review and generation behind direct user actions with visible provider/model/effort selection.

Acceptance criteria

• A production run can enumerate its planned nodes/assets before spending provider work.
• Every approved asset can explain the canon, references, adapters, models, revisions, effective parameters, omissions, and warnings that produced it.
• Exact-input reproduction never silently substitutes a newer LoRA, voice profile, model, or missing asset.
• Continuity review detects wrong-character/wardrobe/prop/voice bindings, unsafe host loops, clipping, pronunciation drift, and model/profile revision drift.
• Branch convergence and path variants do not inherit an arbitrary predecessor without an explicit deterministic policy.
• Runs are resumable/cancellable and do not start from boot, page load, or an unrelated generation request.

Out of scope

• External relay and multi-audience hosted operation.
• Automatic creative approval or unattended canon changes.
