Is Hand-Tracking available for Android phones?

Basically, I downloaded PhoneVR on my phone to connect to ALVR, and so far somehow no bugs happened. I just tuned the colors to be a bit brighter to match the "VR View" on the SteamVR thing (basically match the colors you were supposed to see normally), but thats about the worse that happened so far. However, I was messing around with the settings and found out hand-tracking things. Can you use the phone's camera with the ARCore things that would enable hand tracking on mobile?

There might be something you can do, If you use Something like Webcam motion capture. If you have the 2 dollars a month you can see if you can use that Btw i know this thing is kinda outdated but i have been looking for stuff like this. on Webcam motion capture there is a trial use it and the girl u see will copy ur movement perfectly then put that ip to vseefce then Steamvr If you have problems with that U have to use vridge and two other android phones 1 iphone or android 2 android download VRidge controller apk And you have to connect them together Then start steamvr.
