doesn't work when return statement followed by string literal

The following function:
```
def foo(bar):
    return "hello" + bar
```
results in:
```
    """[summary]
    
    [description]
    :param bar: [description]
    :type bar: [type]
    """
```
should be:
```
    """[summary]
    
    [description]
    :param bar: [description]
    :type bar: [type]
    :returns: [description]
    :rtype: {[type]}
    """
```
