Can't enter console mode in Windows 10

Hi!

I downloaded 1.1.9.a from the releases page on GitHub

Here are my steps:

Start cmd.exe
>D:
>cd "\Program Files\WDBX.Editor"
>"WDBX Editor.exe" -console

The command just starts the WDBX Editor in normal mode asynchronously.
The command line promt (">") is shown expecting a next cmd.exe command.
