For information our main VPS is in need of Love. Mostly in that the OS is out of standard support and we cant do any security patching on it.
Mark and I will be getting control of the vatcan.ca domain shortly from Phil. My plan is the following in some sort of logical order:

Secure vatcan.ca domain -- do a fresh cloudflare setup and ensure all the domain and sub domain is working correctly and controlled.

Prepare for the OS upgrade. In the event that we have to wipe the entire thing the following actions will take place:
-> Setup backup TS server on vlhtesting VPS
-> Have Core, TS Bot, Discord Bot, Database, Bookings ready to go on VLH Testing in case of prolonged outage.
3a) Migrate ts.vatcan.ca to VLH VPS to keep TS avaible throughout migration. Take Final DB copy and place on vlhtesting.
3b) Downtime -- bring down dockers / db on main VPS and begin OS upgrade as first attempt. This will be Ubuntu 20.04--> 24.04 which should be fine but I know how cranky linux can be -- i fight with it as my job daily. If for some reason this has issues we will go plan B and wipe / reload fresh OS.

Should maintenance take longer then 1-2 hours ... migrate to plan B -- fire up database, and services from vlh testing server while the main VPS is worked on.
