[Suggestion] - PackModes for config files

Allow us to create/replace rules for config files. For example:
config/advRocketry/advancedRocketry.cfg:166, D:oxygenVentConsumptionMultiplier=1.5
First line is the path to the config file, second is which line to replace and third is what to put at that line.

or copy over the files from the packmode folder like:
/config/packmode/%MODE%/advancedRocketry.cfg, /config/advRocketry/advancedRocketry.cfg
Syntax: (from folder path), (to folder path)
