Publish Velocity Build to Modrinth

Would be nice if reloading is also supported on Velocity then and the builds are published.

Velocity does not officially support unloading or reloading plugins at runtime, so implementing a reliable reload feature there is unfortunately not possible without unsafe internal hacks.

Since when does Paper support loading & unloading their plugins? That might be quite the same cause.

Implementations like the one from ServerUtils/Bukman seem to be quite stable.

PlugManX supports loading, unloading, and reloading Paper plugins through Paper’s internal provider and lifecycle APIs, since Paper does not provide an official stable runtime reload API. The Velocity/Paper implementation from ServerUtils has not been updated in about four years, so it is unlikely to work reliably with current Velocity/Paper versions.

Bukman’s Paper/Bukkit support appears to have only been updated through 1.21.8, but I’ll take a closer look at the Velocity implementation.
