This error happens before SSH authentication starts:

getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND arr

That means the Termix server container cannot resolve the hostname arr. When using the Android app, the SSH connection is still made by the Termix backend running in Docker, not by the Android device, so the hostname must be resolvable from inside the container.

Please check from the Termix container/compose environment, for example:

getent hosts arr
nslookup arr

If that does not resolve, use an IP address or FQDN for the host, or add the name through your Docker Compose/network configuration, such as dns, extra_hosts, or a Docker network service/alias that the Termix container can resolve.

This does not look like a private key or username problem; the connection is failing at DNS resolution.
